Thai Massage is a movement based therapy that is typically done on a mat on the floor rather than a massage table. It involves gentle to moderate pressure applied to muscles, stretching, and passive mobility work (you can relax and let me do the work for this one) with the intention of increasing flexibility and mobility of tissues and joints. This technique is always done completely clothed with the exception of shoes.
