Hello! I’m Whitney Diaz, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Moonwise Bodywork. My mission is to provide a safe, inclusive space for those seeking relief from pain, scar tissue, and post-operative tension. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, living with chronic pain, or simply need a place to reconnect with your body, I’m here to support you.

Pain relief is truly my jam. I’ve spent over a decade building a practice around helping people feel better in their bodies. In recent years, I’ve focused my work more deeply on post-surgical care, especially for clients healing from breast or chest procedures. This includes people navigating breast cancer treatment, recovering from lymph node removal or mastectomy, those healing from gender-affirming top surgery, and clients recovering from elective cosmetic procedures. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply informed by both continuing education and real-world experience.

As someone who has survived childhood trauma, I know how important it is to find a massage therapist who can offer relief while honoring your boundaries. Whether your pain is physical, emotional, or both, you deserve care that feels safe and grounded.

I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2013 and have spent the last 12 years specializing in modalities that help relieve pain and improve quality of life. I’m constantly expanding my skills and recently began incorporating movement-based techniques to further support healing.

Outside of massage, you’ll find me long-distance roller skating, chasing my little one around SeaWorld to look at fish, or working on a craft project (there’s always something on my desk).
