Hello! My name is Whitney Diaz, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Moonwise Bodywork. My mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space for those who are seeking relief from pain, restrictive scar tissue, and post-op recovery. As someone who has survived childhood trauma, I understand how important it is to find a Massage Therapist who provides effective pain relief while holding space for personal boundaries in the treatment room. Whether you have stubborn pain you can’t seem to shake, have too much mind chatter, are recovering from an injury, or simply need a safe space to experience healing touch, I am here to support you on your road to healing.

My journey with Massage Therapy began in 2013 when I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in Maitland, FL (now Cortiva Institute). For the past 10 years, I have focused my continued education toward modalities and techniques relating to pain relief (it’s my 𝗝𝗔𝗠!). I am forever expanding my knowledge and skill set, and am excited to bring new movement-based techniques to my practice.

Here at Moonwise, I a committed to helping you live a pain-free life. I love what I do and love sharing my knowledge with others, so please feel free to reach out with any quesitons.

Outside of massage, I stay active with long-distance roller skating and running around SeaWorld with my little munchkin looking at the fishies. I also love to create things, so I always have a craft project I’m working on.
